Who we are
Unbreakable Mind is operated by Gabriel von Knorring, based in Torremolinos, Spain. Contact: gabriel@unbreakablemind.co.
What we collect
- Information you give us — when you fill out the application form: your full name, email, WhatsApp number, age, the reason you're applying, and where you heard about us.
- Cookies and tracking — we use Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Analytics 4 to measure ad performance, page views, and conversion events. These set cookies in your browser.
- Server logs — Cloudflare records request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamp) for abuse prevention.
How we use it
- To process your Warrior Program application and contact you about it.
- To send you scheduling links, program logistics, and information about the cohort you apply for.
- To measure which ads, channels, and content lead to applications, so we can spend marketing budget responsibly.
- To follow up if you start an application but don't finish it — we use the contact details you submitted.
Where it goes
Application data is stored in Google Sheets (a private tracker Gabriel uses to manage applications) and forwarded to him by email via Resend. Analytics events go to Meta and Google per their respective policies. We don't sell your data, ever.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you're in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email gabriel@unbreakablemind.co with the subject line “Data request” and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
You can opt out of Meta Pixel tracking via your Facebook ad preferences and Google Analytics via the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. You can also block both with most ad-blockers.
Retention
Application data is retained for as long as it's commercially relevant — typically up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it.
